Lost your key?
Your Runway Pro license key is in the purchase email from Dodo Payments.
Find it in your inbox
- Search for Dodo Payments or Runway Pro in the email address you used to buy.
- Open the receipt. The license key is in that email.
- In Runway, open the license dialog and paste the key to activate this computer.
Customer portal
If you deleted the email, open the Dodo customer portal and sign in with the same address. The portal lists your license key, receipts and refund options.
This license is already on three computers
A Pro license activates on up to three computers. To free a seat:
- On the other computer, open Runway and choose Remove license, or
- In the license dialog, when the limit is reached, choose Release all activations, then activate this computer again.
Formatting a Mac does not free the old seat by itself. Release it from another copy of Runway or from the dialog on this computer.
